Return and Warranty Policy – Al-Mundhir At Al-Mundhir, we are keen on our customers' satisfaction and trust, so we offer a clear and fair warranty and return policy, according to the following conditions: First: Warranty Policy The warranty covers hair and beard products only. Warranty for use for 3 months from the date of purchase. If no tangible results are achieved during the usage period, the customer has the right to return the full amount. Clear photos documenting the condition of the hair/beard before and after using the product during the course are required. Second: Return Conditions The product can be returned if there is a manufacturing defect within 3 days of receiving the order. Proof of product use through photos or videos documenting usage before and after during the course period is required. The full course, which lasts 3 months, must be completed before submitting a return request, and the request must be made within 10 days after the course ends. Empty packaging and the original purchase invoice are required to accept the return request. The amount will be refunded via bank transfer only, and the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. The product must be used according to the instructions on the packaging. If the order is canceled or a return is requested after shipping, 50 riyals will be deducted from the shipping cost. The warranty does not cover the following courses after the first course. At Al-Mundhir, we reserve the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions and standards.
